Fast food chain, Pret A Manger, is offering free delivery on Just Eat until September – and there is no minimum order.

So if you’re currently working from home, you can still enjoy a treat lunch like you would in the office – only it gets delivered straight to your door instead.

If you are looking for food inspiration from Pret’s Heat Me At Home menu head to just-eat.co.uk or browse the Just Eat app for options. The free delivery across select locations will be running until 6th September, and can save you up to £5.50 per order compared to rival food delivery platforms.

The move comes as research from Just Eat shows that over 70% off us are missing our office-based lunch options.

Depressingly over 39% of those surveyed say they are opting for a lonesome packet of crisps for lunch most days, and 30% have confessed to making do with just a cup of strong coffee.

The research has also shown that Brits are mostly pinning for deli sandwiches as their preferred lunch of choice, with 38% choosing it as their favourite option, followed by burritos, sushi and noodle bowls.

Speaking about the research Andrew Kenny, Managing Director UK at Just Eat, said: “ It’s clear that lunchtime enjoyment has taken a hit since lockdown and so I’m delighted our free delivery on Pret A Manger is available to bring back some of the joy of an office lunch to our customers’ homes.”

Alongside Just Eat delivery, Pret has also launched a number of other treats that can be enjoyed at home including three coffee blends – Classic, Signature and Espresso Bean.

The organic coffee products are available to buy on Amazon UK, priced from £9.50 and in Pret shops.

During lockdown the takeaway chain also launched £10 cupboard essentials boxes that featured a variety of fruits and vegetables as well as milk, coffee and baguettes and butter on Just Eat.
