She is a TV darling thanks to her appearances on Great British Bake Off and Mary Berry has cashed in.
However in a report in the Sun on Sunday newspaper the generous star has made sure her beloved children and husband Paul Hunnings will profit as daughter Annabel, 43, son Thomas, 46, and Paul will each get a share of the profits after the company was sold to RH Amar & Co.
A source told the newspaper: ‘Mary’s stock is high with the popularity of Bake Off. There was an offer she couldn’t refuse and she wanted her children to be able to enjoy themselves.’
The publication claims Annabel could get £1.5 million, with Thomas receiving £750,000.
Mary and Paul are expected to take home £156,000 and £80,000 respectively.
