New research has found that office workers prefer to see great on-site facilities when it comes to working in new offices.

Over 28% of workers say it’s the most important factor for business owners to consider when looking for office space.

  • 24% want to be close to public transport.
  • 20% of respondents would look at the overall cost.
  • 15% say natural lighting is essential.
