Over 70 small businesses participated in the launch of the “Entrepreneurs report” which was backed by Business Secretary Vince Cable, Ian Duncan Smith, and Lord Harrison of Chester and Lord Cope.
The Federation of Small Businesses supported actions to reduce late payments, simplify the tax system for small businesses and extend the National Insurance Contributions holiday scheme to help more businesses who aspire to grow.
Managing Director Neil Westwood from Magic Whiteboard supported the recommendation for encouraging a more enterprise culture in schools and encouraged more businesses to get involved in talking to schools to inspire students to set up new businesses. Over 1400 students and teachers have already taken part in the free Magic Whiteboard Skype Business sessions with Managing Director Neil Westwood.
